Refund policy

It doesn't happen often but we understand that occasionally you place an order and then change your mind and wish to return it. As long as your item(s) were purchased from www.tachband.com or via telephone, and are still in their original condition, you have up to 14 days to return your item back to us!

What items can I return?

If you change your mind about a product that you have purchased online or via telephone you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day we deliver it. Please note they are some exceptions to this, which are:

  • any products that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes (e.g. socks) that have been unsealed after you receive them or are not in their original packaging or have had any tags or the hygiene slip removed;
  • goods that are custom-made or personalised items;
  • any product which has been damaged, worn, used in any way or has had the care label cut and/or removed; and
  • any product which is missing any component part(s) when returned by you (unless this is because of something we have done).

How to let us know

To let us know you want to change your mind, contact us at hello@tachband.com. Please provide your name, delivery address, order number and email address when doing so.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Conditions

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

You are responsible for the costs of sending the Products back to us unless they are damaged or faulty when they arrive with you. Full details of how to return the Products to us and your rights if they are faulty are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

We do not offer returns for any Products that are purchased in person at a stall or an event.
